Job Title: Grounds Maintenance and Project Support Supervisor - 35984741 Location: Warwickshire Job Role: The Grounds Maintenance and Project Support Supervisor is a hybrid position that combines responsibilities for supervising the team of proving ground maintenance staff and providing project support coordination. In this role, the person will deliver all aspects of grounds maintenance supervisory responsibilities and requirements to efficiently run the grounds team, this would include overseeing the general upkeep of the proving ground, manage effective use of grounds equipment to ensure circuits are graded, maintained, repaired and safe for all users, process creation and updates, RAs, PUWER and safe working practices. Additionally, the person will work closely with the project lead on small to medium-sized projects, with guidance coordinating schedules, resources, and assisting with the smooth delivery of project milestones. Key Responsibilities: (90% of role) Grounds Maintenance Supervision: Lead a team of grounds maintenance workers to maintain and repair proving ground facilities, including grading circuits, landscaping, and other essential grounds keeping tasks.
