The Opportunity
This role sits within the Charging Software V&V Chapter. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the charging software requirements related to Functional Safety, developing and executing the test cases or design verification methods, ensuring the delivery of high quality, products in line with a Modern Luxury customer experience.
Working with fellow chapter members, the candidate will be deployed into the relevant cross-functional agile squad within the Charging Group, working alongside software, hardware and systems engineers to ensure compliance to ISO26262 and ASPICE.

Design Verification Plan in place against the assigned programme with respect to functional safety

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Understand and co-ordinate activities between all stakeholders in order to deliver safety-related verification activities
Ensure common approach and common technical solutions where possible across all projects
Help build synergies between all projects where possible
Ensure that functional safety targets are met with respect to the charging systems
Develop effective working relationships with electrical, chassis and software development teams in order to deliver against functional safety targets
Use the FMEA process to ensure all escape points are covered.
