Finance Transformation Lead Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Lead to support the Finance Director in delivering a significant business and finance transformation programme. This role will play a key part in reviewing, improving and modernising financial processes, systems and controls across the organisation. The successful candidate will bring extensive senior finance leadership experience, ideally having previously operated as a Finance Director, Financial Controller, or equivalent senior finance professional. Whilst the programme includes the implementation and optimisation of new ERP and finance systems, this is not a technical IT role.
