Production Manager Reports to: Head of Manufacturing Main Purpose of the Role To be responsible for leading our multi-functional production teams, to help ensure adherence to KPI's with regard to costs, efficiency, quality and customer expectations. To help plan, coordinate and control our production processes, whilst driving continuous improvements via a "right first time" approach. To develop strong relationships with the production teams, other departments and stakeholders. Scope of the Role The Production Manager is responsible for managing the overall performance and functionality of the Production Function.
