The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and developing new sales accounts, while also supporting the ongoing growth of existing accounts within the building products sector. This role plays a critical part in expanding the company's market presence, driving revenue, and contributing to the strategic direction of the business. The BDM will work closely with the General Manager and the R&D team to introduce innovative products that are responsive to customer needs and competitive insights, ensuring our product offering remains industry-leading and commercially relevant. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and sectors.
