Purpose of the Role
As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing production processes and procedures within a low-volume cable assembly manufacturing cell. You will lead productivity improvement initiatives through project-based activities including new product introduction (NPI), safety and quality enhancements, new process implementation, and cost-reduction strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop manufacturing documentation including drawings, process flows, work instructions, control plans, SOPs, maintenance schedules, BOMs, and routings.
Deliver operator training to ensure equipment is used effectively, safely, and to defined quality standards.
