POSITION NAME - Maintenance Technician - 37580580 LOCATION - Solihull The Opportunity This role will work as part of the FA3 maintenance operations team covering any breakdown in production time/ non-intrusive preventative maintenance and intrusive maintenance out of production time. The role will mainly be focused around FA3; however, our workload does include multiple areas within the business. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Drive cost reduction in the area, root cause all faults and implement permanent corrective actions. Work within a team maintaining all equipment to the highest standards reducing MTTR, MTBF and MTTA.

This hands-on role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance, electrical and mechanical fault finding, PLC-controlled equipment, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics and root cause analysis to minimise downtime and improve equipment performance. Ideal for candidates with an NVQ Level 3 or engineering apprenticeship and experience in manufacturing maintenance, preventative maintenance, SAP, TPM, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
