Position Title: Business Analyst - 39374
Division: Engineering Operations
Location: Warwickshire

Position Description:
This role sits within the Central Business Office and is part of the business Function in the delivery of Operational and investment requirements within the business.
The role sits directly under the Senior Manager of the Central Business Office and covers all the business activities that the team are accountable for. The role will provide an excellent customer experience to internal and/or external customers and interface with most areas of the business up and to director level.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Prepare Overtime and Travel weekly submissions for Star chamber including approvals and uploads on the system for approvals to be communicated.
• Manage the PE Travel inbox including changes to approved Travel requests and assist customer queries.
• Work with BCD Team on ensuring the process is aligned and understood (especially if any rule sets change for visa/restrictions).
• Manage PE recruitment inbox, check all approvals and cross check against the PE tracker, submit Agency orders and support with any queries from our Tech centres, customers and HR keeping within SLA.
• Support with PE monthly inductions for new starters to the business, including preparing the induction day, invitations, room booking, organise site tours and any required admin prior to the event and support on the day of the event.
• Work with the Recruitment Delivery team for inductions lists and onboarding queries.
• Create/Maintain all SharePoint Websites that we manage within our area.
• Support and organise with events within the department and external areas.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Undertake any other ad hoc work as directed by the manger/D grade in connection with their job as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Experience of collaboration cross functional team working.
• Good knowledge on MS office suite, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel tools.
• Experience of delivering a customer support service.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and against fixed timing deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Experience of using RADs, SAP and SharePoint.
