Sales and Customer Event Specialist

Your role will involve:
  • Providing support to plan, organise and coordinate training courses, liaising with other departments involved projects.
  • Providing customer quotations in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring and tracking sales opportunities from quote creation to order completion.
  • Supporting the events management team to ensure customer delight at customer events.
  • Communicating effectively between UK customers, internal colleagues and our teams in Germany and other subsidiaries.
  • Developing a high-level knowledge of Vector's product portfolio.
  • Your skills and experience:
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms would be highly beneficial.
  • A level of technical understanding to comfortably communicate information to engineering/technical customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office apps including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous professional experience in a similar B2B commercial environment.
