Software Engineer
Summary:
Large-scale Software Defined Vehicles (SDV) projects is one of the "hottest topics" in Automotive right now. The success of these projects depends highly on the quality of the Automotive Software Factory (SWF). As SDV development infrastructure, the SWF supports and automates workflows during the development, integration, testing and distribution of Base Layer and Application software.
This client is looking for a Software Engineer experienced deeply in workflow automation and automotive software development, to work closely with OEM and Tier1 customers using our high-demand AUTOSAR solutions to build the next-level Automotive Software Factory (automation platform) in one of our customer projects.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for planning, coordination and monitoring of the Automotive Software Factory development
  • Define end-to-end workflows and pipelines in close collaboration with our experts
  • Automate configuration and integration of AUTOSAR software into Automotive Software Factory
  • Guide customers use and integration of business automation products through the project lifecycle
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues
  • Participation in internal, customer, supplier and OEM meetings
  • Opportunities for growth in responsibilities
Qualifications:
Essential
  • Strong fundamentals programming in JVM and scripting languages, DevOps concepts, and software build and test processes
  • Familiar with AUTOSAR BSW and RTE, architecture, and configuration tools
  • Clear understanding of agile principles
  • Strong customer orientation, willingness to meet deadlines, and self-management skills
  • Deep passion for solving problems to resolution, including root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic team environment
  • Good Communication & presentation skills
Desirable:
  • Hands-On experience in automating business products (e.g., DaVinci Configurator, VTT, DaVinci Team)
  • Experience with software engineering tools (JIRA, GIT, ALM, Build Systems …)
  • Experience with automation tools (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, …)
  • Experience in configuration management and dependency management
  • Experience with business products (CANoe, vFlash, VT, …)
