Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of programme activities against the overall timing plan.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and objective technical status reports for programme management meetings and senior programme gateway reviews.

- Identify and engage in continuous improvement and standardisation activities, with a specific focus on programme risks and mitigations.
- Support and coordinate structured problem-solving activities across cross-functional teams to prevent and resolve programme issues.
- Manage governance activities to drive resolution of key programme risks, engaging cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
- Relevant experience of process and/or engineering processes, tools and techniques, with a proven track record of delivering targets.
- Resilient and enthusiastic, with the ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.

- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel), data handling/reporting tools such as Tableau, and process mapping.
- Demonstrable experience of process improvement and working in a project support role.
Degree qualification preferred, ideally in Software and Systems Engineering.
