An exciting opportunity for an Electrical Architecture Project Coordinator to join a leading automotive engineering team in Warwickshire, supporting the delivery of complex electrical architecture programmes across next-generation vehicle platforms. This role focuses on programme coordination, technical reporting, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, governance activities, and cross-functional problem solving to ensure successful programme delivery. Ideal for candidates with experience in project coordination, engineering processes, data analysis, continuous improvement, and automotive electrical or systems engineering environments.

Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of programme activities against the overall timing plan.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and objective technical status reports for programme management meetings and senior programme gateway reviews.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and objective technical status reports for programme/launch management meetings and senior programme gateway reviews.
  • Identify and engage in continuous improvement and standardisation activities, with a specific focus on programme risks and mitigations.
  • Support and coordinate structured problem-solving activities across cross-functional teams to prevent and resolve programme issues.
  • Manage governance activities to drive resolution of key programme risks, engaging cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Relevant experience of process and/or engineering processes, tools and techniques, with a proven track record of delivering targets.
  • Resilient and enthusiastic, with the ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Confidence working within a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and drive continuous improvement.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong team player who consistently demonstrates Customer First principles.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and support effective decision-making.
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel), data handling/reporting tools such as Tableau, and process mapping.
  • Demonstrable experience of process improvement and working in a project support role.
Education
Degree qualification preferred, ideally in Software and Systems Engineering.
