An exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineering Technologist to join a leading automotive engineering team in Warwickshire, supporting the development, testing, and implementation of electrical systems, components, and technologies across advanced vehicle programmes. This role combines hands-on engineering support, project coordination, technical problem-solving, and system validation, helping to deliver innovative electrical solutions from concept through to production. Ideal for candidates with experience in electrical engineering, systems testing, product development, and technical project delivery within automotive, industrial, or manufacturing environments.

Duties:
Responsible for supporting the development, design, and testing of electrical components, equipment, systems, and network that includes facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
Responsibilities typically include:
- Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
- Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
Technologists apply engineering principles in the implementation of products, systems, and processes. This differs from Engineers who use theoretical aspects of engineering principles to research and conceptually design products, systems, processes, etc.
Ideally have a Technical Degree and/or a mixture of both relevant education/experience.
Para-Professional Technicians are responsible for maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, and may not have any certifications/education but experience.
