Join a leading automotive innovator as an SAP Systems Trainer based in Solihull, supporting the rollout of a transformative Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programme. Leverage your 5+ years' experience in SAP training creation and delivery to develop role-based SAP Manufacturing modules using tools like SAP Enable Now and Articulate RISE. Deliver blended learning solutions, engage stakeholders through training needs analysis, and facilitate smooth change management within a fast-paced digital transformation environment.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
An experienced SAP Trainer is required to support the deployment of the Enterprise Asset Management [EAM] programme, and its critical project SAP Plant Maintenance. which aims to completely transform the way in which the business operates and further enhances our Digital transformation journey. We have a clear vision to deliver a unified end tend process and toolset with connected, traceable data throughout all Functions. By enabling employees with the provision of always live data and dashboards, me will allow Full Focus on true value creation.
Key Skills:
- Experienced SAP user
- 5+ years in a training creation and delivery position
- Experience creating simulation training
The SAP Trainer's objective is to create and deliver SAP Manufacturing modules to business end users, gelling the organisation engaged and ready for the change and ensuring that the change Process assessment and stakeholder identification in the Form of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Design and create Role-based SAP user training using SAP EnableNaw and Articulate RISE.
- Developing training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides.
- Creating stakeholder training and engagement plans and supporting the communication of these to relevant End Users.
- Create and deliver process-based blended learning packages
- Define. engage and align stakeholders in preparation for deployment.
- Ensure clear training delivery plans are executed on time.
- Host on and off-site training events across our sites, run drop-in sessions and provide floor-walking support
- Demonstrate excellent business behaviours including team working.
- Collaborate with Business Process, Testing, Training and Comms teams for the capability being deployed.
