The team impacts all Vehicles, creating and owning the process for component delivery for wheels, tyres and puncture management systems. Being the knowledge holders for the components, the team interacts with multiple areas of the business, including attribute teams, manufacturing, design, marketing, research and regulation. The team also supports the introduction of new technologies and works extensively on forward model architectures.

Job Title: Engineering Delivery Project Coordinator - 36082927 Location: Warwickshire 12 month maternity cover Duties: This role will role is to provide general support to projects and their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies. This role will involve stakeholder management, setting tasks out for others to complete in a timely manner. Typically, this will involve the identification, planning and coordination of specific projects within the Engineering Delivery team. This role will act as a central point of co-ordination to deliver Engineering Delivery projects.

Location - Warwickshire Duties: The BoM Engineering team within Product Information is responsible for creating, configuring, maintaining and interrogating the Bill of Material in the early phases of programmes. The team support Engineering within each Centre of Competence (CoC), building relationships with, and guiding Engineers through the BoM creation and management process. The team also perform a number of quality checks, from commodity audits to large scale validation events, to ensure completeness and accuracy of those BoMs for a number of gateways within Programme lifecycles. The BoM Engineering team work on all current and future vehicle lines, across both brands and all manufacturing facilities globally.

Job Title - Business Analyst Location - Gaydon (Hybrid Working) Duties: Serve as a Business Analyst supporting the Engineering Operations Factory Office, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives. Coordinate and execute key operational processes to enable the Factory Office team to meet performance and efficiency targets. Collaborate with functional teams to gather and validate requirements, including obtaining supplier quotations, initiating procurement requests via the SAP system, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of data to the central approval system. Partner with Finance to facilitate the approval of various expenditure types, ensuring compliance with internal controls and budgetary guidelines.

As the material concept(s) matures the attention will focus on the method of make and manufacturing technologies within the supply chain and assembly facilities The objective is to provide production feasible and process capable specifications, both physical & digital assets. Tracking the outputs and performance is a main part of the role.

JOB TITLE: Solutions and Implementation Engineer - 36030347 LOCATION: Wolverhampton The purpose of this role is to implement the logistics strategy at the Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC) This role will develop and deliver a range of material handling and process improvement solutions as well as coordinate the implementation of strategic projects that drive overall efficiency and cost reduction. You will play a significant part in the move towards greater levels of automation, including but not limited to Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), and Intelligent pick systems. It is an exciting role, as you will be at the forefront of new logistics technologies, developing new solutions and working with suppliers to identify new opportunities. You will need the confidence to communicate new ideas and encourage others to move away from traditional material flow methodologies.
