Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for testing standard and/or custom products, devices, and hardware to assess performance and reliability.
• Ensures products and devices are designed and implemented in accordance with established quality standards and specifications.
• Acts as a primary source for problem identification and continuous improvement activities.
• Selects testing specifications for new and existing products/devices and ensures testing procedures comply with industry standards.
• Documents procedures for all phases of testing alongside detailed test results.
• Supports the improvement and automation of test methodologies.
• Manages projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
• Provides coaching and reviews the work of lower-level professionals where required.
• Resolves difficult and sometimes complex technical problems.

• Senior Professional (P3) level role requiring advanced knowledge typically gained through higher education and relevant industry experience.
• Previous experience in a Test Engineer or similar hardware/device testing role is preferred.
