Duties:
Join an experienced and professional team who support the business with Employee Relations issues and cases focussed on discipline, grievance, absence and performance management.
- Responsible for managing a case load of various complex ER matters
- Providing support for colleagues during difficult periods
- Provide effective support for disciplinary actions, employee grievances, performance improvement and absence
- Support line managers to chair absence reviews, disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings, up to and including dismissal and appeal
- Use a coaching leadership style to build relationships and influence managers
- Make recommendations on appropriate case outcomes based on appropriate risk analysis
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Undertake any other work as directed in connection with their role
