Key Responsibilities
We're looking for someone who:

- Lead, organise and balance workloads within the estimating/internal sales team to ensure strong performance and responsiveness.
- Streamline processes to deliver efficiency gains and improve quote turnaround time.
- Manage and drive improvement projects, including the implementation and optimisation of system upgrades (RealTime) to make order entry processes simpler and more accurate.
- Motivate, coach and develop the team, building capability and engagement.
- Champion cross-training and standardisation of knowledge to reduce dependency on individual experience and create a more flexible team structure.
- Implement, monitor and continuously improve departmental KPIs to drive service quality and accountability.
- Support customer escalations and complex queries, acting as a point of authority and resolution.
- Contribute to the development and introduction of SLAs, ensuring service levels are both measurable and consistently met.
- Support additional priorities and commercial initiatives as directed by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong leadership capability with a track record of building and developing teams.
- Is highly organised, process-minded, and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Understands internal sales or estimating functions and knows how to standardise and scale performance.
- Is confident analysing performance, setting KPIs, and using data to drive behaviour and improvement.
- Is hands-on, delivery-focused, and comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels.
- Can influence stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for smarter, faster and more consistent ways of working.
